Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees on any tier. The prototype is free, we hand-build it in 12 hours, you test it, decide from there. If you move forward, you pay the monthly tier price only.
Am I locked into a contract?
Month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days notice. No multi-year agreements, no early-termination fees, no renewals-to-opt-out-of.
Do you charge per call or per minute?
No per-call, no per-minute, no overage fees. Flat monthly whether your AI handles 50 calls or 500. This matters most during storm season, summer surges, opening or closing weeks. Generic per-minute vendors make money when you're busiest, we don't.
Does this replace my pool service software?
No, and most customers don't want it to. Skimmer, PoolBrain, Pool Founder, Pool Office Manager are excellent at what they do, tracking accounts, chemistry, billing, routes. We work alongside them as the action layer, making the calls and running the saves they don't handle. Most of our customers run both.
What if my shop grows or shrinks?
You move between tiers with a single conversation. Start at Solo route with 100 accounts, grow to 350, we bump you to Multi-route. Northern operators with seasonal volume swings can adjust seasonally if it makes sense.
Does pricing change if I add capabilities?
Capabilities are bundled by tier. Moving from Solo route (2 capabilities) to Multi-route (6 capabilities) is the tier move. Inside a tier, adding channels or integrations is included. We don't nickel-and-dime.
What if I'm not sure which tier fits?
Don't decide upfront. On the prototype call we'll scope based on your actual volume and capabilities needed. Most shops land in Multi-route. We'll tell you honestly if Solo route is enough or if Commercial scale is required.
