What we collect.

From visitors to poolserviceaiemployee.com: pages viewed, browser type, country, referrer. Standard analytics via Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel. Aggregated, used to understand which pages are useful.

From people who book a demo: business name, email, phone, website URL, basic shop details (route count, customer mix, software stack). Used to build the prototype and to follow up. Stored in our CRM and in a Google Sheet shared with our team.

What we don't collect.

We don't collect personal financial information through this site. We don't sell or rent any data. We don't run third-party advertising trackers other than Meta Pixel and Google Analytics, used for our own performance measurement.

How long we keep it.

Demo-booking data: indefinitely while you're a prospect or customer. We delete it on request. Email us at privacy@poolserviceaiemployee.com.

Analytics data: per Google Analytics defaults (typically 14 months for event-level data, longer for aggregated reporting).

Third-party processors.

We use the following services that may process your data: Google (Analytics, Workspace, Cloud), Meta (Pixel for ad attribution), Cloudflare (hosting and DNS), Resend (transactional email), GoHighLevel (CRM and booking), Anthropic (AI processing for the actual prototype builds).

Each of these has its own privacy policy. We don't share more data than necessary for the function each provides.

Your rights.

If you're in the EU/UK, you have GDPR rights: access, deletion, correction, portability. If you're in California, you have CCPA rights: same general categories. To exercise any of these, email privacy@poolserviceaiemployee.com. We respond within 30 days.

You can opt out of analytics by enabling browser-level Do Not Track or by using a privacy-focused browser (Brave, Firefox with strict tracking protection). We respect these signals.

Updates.

If this policy changes, we update the "last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we'll notify active customers by email.
