Terms of service.

The prototype.
The prototype we build for you in 12 hours is free. No payment required. No card on file. We build it, you test it, you decide.
The prototype is provided as-is for evaluation purposes. We don't guarantee any specific result during the prototype period, and you don't owe us anything if you decide not to move forward.
The monthly subscription.
If you decide to move forward, you sign a one-page agreement covering: monthly fee (per your chosen tier), capabilities included, integration scope, billing cadence (monthly in advance, charged on the 1st), and cancellation terms (30 days written notice, no early-termination fee).
Pricing tiers are described on the pricing page. If your shop's needs change materially, we discuss tier changes openly, no pressure tactics.
Cancellation.
Month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days written notice (email is fine). Final billed month is the one starting after notice. No early-termination fees. No clawback of value delivered.
If you cancel, we hand off any active customer relationships back to you. No data hostage situations.
Intellectual property.
The AI we build for you is built using our platform, our prompt engineering, our process. The platform itself is ours. The configuration and tuning specific to your shop is yours, you can take it elsewhere if you cancel and want to re-implement separately (we'll provide an export of your configuration).
Your customer data is yours, always. We process it on your behalf. We don't use it to train any general models or share it with anyone outside the processors listed in the privacy policy.
Liability.
We're a software service. We're not your employee, your fiduciary, or your legal advisor. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim. We carry standard cyber and E&O insurance.
We don't take responsibility for outcomes outside our control: weather events, regulatory changes, customer behavior, your team's adoption of the system. The AI does what it's configured to do; the business outcome depends on the broader operations around it.
Acceptable use.
Don't use the AI we build for you to do harm: spam, fraud, harassment, misrepresentation, deceptive practices. We monitor for these patterns and reserve the right to terminate the service if we identify them. This isn't theoretical: violating it makes us complicit in whatever the misuse is, and we won't do that.
Disputes.
If we have a disagreement we can't resolve through conversation, jurisdiction is the state of the customer's primary business address. We'd much rather solve it than litigate it.
Updates.
If these terms change, the "last updated" date at the top changes. For material changes affecting active customers, we notify by email at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel with no penalty if you don't accept the new terms.
